**PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS - SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL**
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will of course give you a refund. Just return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt along with this returns form filled out.
We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
- You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 14 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
- The Whitefawn Boutique team will email/call you once your return/exchange has been received
Under the Ireland / United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.whitefawnboutique.ie, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made over the phone between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If you have placed an order over the weekend or on an evening please call on the next working day. Due to our quick turn over there may be a chance your order may have already been processed and for this reason the order must be cancelled before 11am. If you call after this time and your order is sent out, then it is your responsibility to return the item.
Please note that www.whitefawnboutique.ie is a separate entity to Whitefawn Store in Clonakilty. The return or exchange policy is separate to that of the Store in Clonakilty. All returns must be posted to this address. Please note that:
- All refunds can and will be made only if you provide your name, address and order ID enclosed with fully tagged products.
- Please note that we can only refund to the original card used when placing the order.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact +353 23 885 8674 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
