No returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will of course give you a refund. Just return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt along with this returns form filled out.
We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. Please note we can only offer exchanges on a size of the same item. If you want to exchange for a different item you will need to place a new order and send back the original order for a refund.
- You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 14 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
- The Whitefawn Boutique team will email/call you once your return/exchange has been received
- Its important to have all of the information we request filled out otherwise we will not be able to complete your refund and your order will be sent back to you.
Under the Ireland / United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.whitefawnboutique.ie, for a full refund.
Order cancellations can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Due to our quick turn over there may be a chance your order may have already been processed and for this reason the order must be cancelled within an hour of making it. If you email or call after this time and your order has been sent out, then it is your responsibility to return the item.
Please note that www.whitefawnboutique.ie is a separate entity to Whitefawn Store in Clonakilty. The return or exchange policy is separate to that of the Store in Clonakilty. All returns must be posted to this address. Please note that:
- All refunds can and will be made only if you provide your name, address and order ID enclosed with fully tagged products.
- Please note that we can only refund to the original credit card or gift card used when placing the order.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
